Before launching any campaign, you must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. This is required for ALL campaign types.
Go to account settings, click "Connect with Stripe" to start the secure onboarding process. You'll be redirected to Stripe's verified platform.

Simple & Milestone campaigns: Funds are released when goals are met or milestones are approved. Standard payout takes 2-3 business days after release.
Donation campaigns: Withdraw anytime, funds arrive in 2-3 business days.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the highest grade of payment security. Your sensitive information is encrypted and protected.
We never store your bank details or KYC documents. Stripe handles everything securely.

Before launching, complete Stripe Connect onboarding to provide KYC and bank account details.
Share your campaign with friends, family, and your community. Supporters contribute to help you reach your goal.
Once you reach 100% of your funding goal, the funds become available for withdrawal.
Withdraw directly to your connected Stripe account. Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2-3 business days.
For complex initiatives that require multiple phases. Funds are released in stages as each milestone is completed and approved by supporters.
Break your project into logical phases (e.g., Research → Development → Testing → Launch). Assign different recipients per milestone.
Every milestone recipient must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive their designated funds.
Supporters contribute to the campaign. Contributions automatically roll over to future milestones as each one is funded.
When a milestone reaches its funding goal, it enters the voting phase where supporters approve or reject the milestone.
Once approved by at least one voter (who must be a contributor), the campaign owner can release the funds to the milestone recipient's Stripe-connected bank account.

Submit your charity verification request with supporting documents. Our team verifies your status (2-3 business days).
Charities must connect a Stripe account registered to the organization, not an individual. Provide EIN/Tax ID and organization documents.

Donors from around the world can contribute in any currency. All funds are held in escrow for your protection.
Unlike standard campaigns, donation campaigns have no waiting period. Withdraw funds to your Stripe-connected bank account whenever you need them.
