The minimum support amount is $0.50 USD (or equivalent in other currencies). Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.

What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?

For Simple and Milestone campaigns, funds are only released if the goal is reached. Campaign owner can request a release of funds if a campaign takes too long without reaching its goal. The campaign is closed after the fund is released. Donation campaigns have no expiration and charities can withdraw funds anytime.

How does milestone voting work?

When a milestone reaches its funding goal, supporters (identified by their email address) can vote to approve or reject the milestone release. It requires a vote from one of the supporters for the campaign owner to release the funds to the milestone recipient. This ensures transparency and accountability.

Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?

Yes! You'll receive an email receipt immediately after successful payment. For donation campaigns to verified charities, receipts may be tax-deductible depending on your location and the charity's status.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund is only possible before the campaign reaches its goal and funds are relased to the recipient. For other situations, please contact our support team.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest grade of payment security. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email is used to send you a receipt, provide campaign updates (if you opt-in), and for milestone voting on eligible campaigns. We never share your email with third parties.

What happens to my support in milestone campaigns?

Your support automatically fills the current milestone first. Any amount above what's needed for that milestone rolls over to the next milestone. This continues until your entire contribution is distributed. You'll see a split preview before confirming your payment.

Do campaign creators pay any fees?

No, campaign creators keep 100% of what you contribute. The 6% platform fee is optional for supporters to add. If you choose Option B (add fee on top), the creator receives your full intended amount. If you choose Option A, the 6% is deducted from what they receive. Either way, creators never pay anything out of pocket.
